Emissions and odours

Our drying process is based on the latest scientific findings, and on over 10 years of experience in operating more than 100 running plants with up to 650,000 PE. Thanks to our sophisticated Climate Control system, our plants can, in most cases, be operated without any treatment of the waste air.

Under the control of the process, the material to be dried is converted to the aerobic phase with a rapidly rising DS content within a very short time. This keeps emissions and odours to a minimum. Powerful extractor fans permit further dilution and a controlled expulsion of waste air.

We are in possession of independent measurements of out plants as defined in the  17th BImSchV, which impressively confirm this.
