Maintenance of the SludgeManager™

For maintenance, the turning unit can be simply uncoupled from the gantry bearer, and taken to the plant workshop or to THERMO-SYSTEM Service. There is no need to work in sewage sludge on parts that are soiled with sewage sludge, or to do repairs in a filled drying chamber that is hot in summer and cold in winter. This is a decisive advantage over all permanently installed turning equipment.
The use of proven crane-construction components further reduces the cost of replacement parts and the maintenance effort.
